Shipping & Returns


  • All in-stock items generally will ship via United States Post Office (USPS) - Ground Advantage or Priority within 24 hours.
  • Within the continental U.S, Yunasence guarantees delivery of all in stock items within 7-10 business days. Exceptions for BO-GO promotions may occur.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
  • USPS Tracking number sent with receipt via email.
  • Free shipping within USA with a purchase of $49.00.
  • Flat Rate shipping charge will apply during our BOGO sale for the contiguous U.S. only. International orders will pay standard shipping rates. 
  • International orders may incur an additional charges of duties and taxes on recipient's end and it is recipient's responsibility to be aware of the local laws and regulations in regards of those charges. Yunasence does not carry responsibility to advice or be liable for those charges.


  • We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you do not like our product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
  • Return of empty containers will not be considered for a refund.
  • Customer's shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our end.
  • We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from If you purchased our products from a boutique or other e-tailer, please consult with the boutique as to their return policy.
  • Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge.
  • Upon arrival at the Yunasence warehouse, all returned items will go through our inspection process.
  • If you received the wrong item, or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge (if any) and actual return shipping fees.
  • Expect to receive your refund within 3 days after arrival of your package.
  • You will receive your refund via the same form of payment that you used.
  • If your item was damaged during transportation, customers must notify Yunasence within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please take pictures of the damage to support your claim.  It is the customer's  responsibility to return the unused damaged item to our facility for verification of damage claim.  Upon our receipt of the damaged product, we will replace it at our expense.  Yunasence will also reimburse customer for the return shipping of such item after damage claim is verified. Please note, that any reports of damage after 7 days of delivery receipt will not be eligible for damage consideration.
